Philip C. Goddard, CBO - Chief Executive Officer

Philip Goddard, Chief Operations Officer, is founder and principal of Code Consultants International, Inc. Mr. Goddard, along with Robert Blanford, established the company.

Mr. Goddard is a certified code administrator with proven organizational and problem-solving skills. He has the ability to foster and maintain effective professional working relationships with the construction industry, co-workers, other agencies and the public. He is a very capable manager & systems developer with over thirty years experience in the construction industry, nineteen years of experience in all phases of building code enforcement and twelve years of classroom teaching experience in building code technology at the junior college level.

Mr. Goddard is experienced in setting up building departments and successfully managing them. In addition, he has participated in professional code organizations over the years. He started the first code certificate program of its kind at the Front Range Community College in 1997 and supervised the program for 12 years and currently is a building code instructor for Code Technology Institute.

Mr. Goddard oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for business development, project management, design reviews and coordination of project management staff and development of products and services. He is responsible for process automation projects and has personally set up several such systems himself.
